The Saratoga Central Catholic boys’ basketball team defeated Tamarac, 63-58, in a key Wasaren League game on Jan. 9. The home game was NewsChannel 13’s “High School Game of the Week” and was televised live on WNYT’s My4. Spa Catholic’s Daniel Redgrave led the Saints (6-4 overall, 3-2 league) with 19 points. The Saints continued their season with a game against Waterford-Halfmoon on Jan. 13 and then will travel to Hoosic Valley on Jan. 16.
