FIRST RESPONDERS MASS

The parishes of St. Michael’s in Cohoes, Holy Trinity in Cohoes, St. Ambrose in Latham and Immaculate Heart of Mary in Watervliet celebrated the Feast of St. Michael the Archangel on Oct. 1 with a Mass at St. Michael’s that was offered for the City of Cohoes’ first responders and presided over by Father Brian Kelly. St. Michael is the patron saint of first responders. After the Mass, there was a lunch with games for the children and demonstrations by the police and fire companies.
