The "COD-Father" is a sandwich created by Cardona's Market for Lent that will benefit Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany. The sandwich consists of a fried cod filet topped with fresh coleslaw, pickle chips, mayonnaise and house-made citrus vinaigrette on a grilled brioche bun.
