Seminarian Tom Fallati (far l.) and Bishop Edward B. Fallati will be ordained a transitional deacon for the Diocese of Albany on Nov. 18 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Albany along with fellow Seminarian Paul McDonald.
