DEACON MIGUEL FABIAN PRAYS the Rosary during the Albany Diocese's annual Rosary Celebration at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Albany. This year's celebration, with Bishop Emeritus Howard J. Hubbard as the presider, included the luminous mysteries of the Rosary prayed in Spanish.
