Father Lucius Amarillas has been named parochial vicar of St. Thomas the Apostle in Delmar
and St. Lucy and St. Bernadette in Altamont, effective Sept. 15.
Father Sean O’Brien. OFM, has been named sacramental minister of St. Mary of the Assumption in Waterford, replacing Father Tim Ennis, O.Carmm effective Oct. 1
