Network confession evening at Holy Family Parish: Each Thursday throughout the year, Holy Family Parish in Little Falls celebrates Daily Mass at 8 a.m. This is immediately followed by Eucharist Adoration, which continues until 7 p.m. Confession is normally offered from 6-6:45 p.m. However, on Thursday, March 26, the reconciliation time at Holy Family’s Church will be extended from 5:30-7 p.m., and three local priests will be available to hear confessions.

Mary’s Way of the Cross at All Saints Catholic Church (16 Homestead St.) at 7 p.m. Please join us as we walk the Stations of the Cross, through the eyes of Mary, the mother of Jesus, in a meditative and spiritual experience as she walks side by side with her son on his walk to Calvary.

The 18th Annual Palm Sunday Weekend Bake Sale will take place at Historic St. Joseph’s Catholic Church (600 State St.) on Saturday, March 28, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. and on Sunday, March 29, from 8:45-10:30 a.m. in the gathering area of the church. All kinds of baked goods suitable for the Palm Sunday and Easter holidays will be available, including Easter breads, cookies, pies, nut breads, cakes, etc. The public is cordially invited! Seafood Lasagna Dinner on Palm Sunday: The Knights of Columbus and Our Lady of Fatima are sponsoring our much-requested, popular seafood lasagna dinner in the parish hall (1735 Alexander Road). The meal is loaded with shrimp, scallops and crab meat and includes fresh-baked bread, butter and homemade desserts. Cost is $14 to eat in or take out. From 12 p.m. until sold out. Beverages are provided with eat-in meals.

As the end of Lent approaches, we begin a spiritual journey with Christ, through Scriptural readings and song so that we may accompany Jesus, spiritually, through his last days and hours.

Field of Flags for Memorial Day and Veterans Day Displays: The Latham-Colonie Columbiettes and our Brother Knights will be installing memorial flags on May 23 for two weeks in honor of our military family members and friends. Flags will be placed on the front lawn of the Knights of Columbus Council in Latham. Flags are $30 per display event or $50 for both display events — Memorial Day and Veterans Day.
