The object or purpose for which the bonds are authorized is the replacement and/or reconstruction of Culverts on County roadways, at the estimated maximum cost of
$3,000,000.
The amount of obligations authorized to be issued is $3,000,000. Any grant funds received by the County shall be applied toward the cost of said project or redemption of the County’s bonds or notes to be issued.
The period of probable usefulness of the bonds is forty (40) years.
