Summer Soul Check–in Day Program at the Dominican Retreat & Conference Center (1945 Union St.) from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Each season of God’s creation allows for reflection on the inner life as well as what is happening around us. Why not give yourself time to pause and enter the summer season in a way that feeds the soul? We will be playing with some art materials (you don’t have to be “good at art” to participate!) and also spend time in nature. It’s a time to breathe, to explore, and to be still. Our program presenter is Joan Horgan, who served as Director of Campus Ministry at the College of Saint Rose for 30 years, and more recently, as Director of Spiritual Life. Program tickets are $35 and include lunch. Reservations are required! To reserve a spot, call (518) 393-4169, M-F, 8:30-4:30 p.m. or email [email protected]. For more information, visit https://dslcny.org/.

“Soul Collage” at Dominican Retreat & Conference Center (1945 Union St.) from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Soul Collage is a beautiful contemplative and creative practice in which we create personal collage cards from images that call to us in meaningful and often intuitive ways. These cards then help us listen more deeply to the wisdom within our souls. Materials will be provided for you, but if you wish, you can gather images that attract you in some way and bring them to our retreat. Come with your journal and an open heart. Our presenter for the day is Dawn Campano Baker, a Spiritual Director/Companion and recently retired school teacher. Learn more about Dawn’s work at SoulJourneyswithDawn.com. Cost for the day is $35 and includes lunch. Reservations are required. To reserve a spot or for more information, call (518) 393-4169, M-F, 8:30-4:30 p.m. or email [email protected], or visit https://dslcny.org/.
