Sealed Proposals for a NYS Licensed Architect/Engineer to provide Design and Construction Administration Services for the Renovation, Partial Demolition and Infrastructure Upgrades to Floors 2-5 of the Shaker Place Tower as requested by the Shaker Place Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (SPRNC), will be received by the Albany County Purchasing Agent, Room 820, 112 State Street, Albany, New York 12207 until 4:30 PM, local time on Friday, August 14th, 2026 and or electronic submission Bid Net, Empire State Purchasing Group.

A PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, July 30, 2026 AT 10:00 A.M. AT Shaker Place Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, 100 Heritage Lane, Albany, NY 12211. This will be the only scheduled conference. Proposers interested in submitting Proposals are strongly urged to attend.
