REFUNDING BOND RESOLUTION OF THE COUNTY OF ALBANY, NEW YORK, ADOPTED DECEMBER 8, 2025, AUTHORIZING THE REFUNDING OF CERTAIN OUTSTANDING BONDS OF SAID COUNTY, STATING THE PLAN OF REFUNDING, APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $55,525,000 FOR SUCH PURPOSE, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NOT TO EXCEED $55,525,000 REFUNDING BONDS TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION, AND MAKING CERTAIN OTHER DETERMINATIONS RELATIVE THERETO
The object or purpose for which the bonds are authorized is refunding of all or a portion of currently outstanding Bonds of the County issued in 2017 and 2018.
The periods of probable usefulness consist of various periods ranging from 3 years to 40 years, commencing on the date of original issuance of the first bonds or bond anticipation notes issued in anticipation of the sale of said bonds to be refunded.
The amount of obligations to be issued is not to exceed $55,525,000.
SEQRA status: Type II Action.
SEQRA compliance documentations on file in Office of the County Clerk where it may be inspected during regular office hours.

BOND RESOLUTION OF THE COUNTY OF ALBANY, NEW YORK, DATED DECEMBER 8, 2025, AUTHORIZING INFORMATION TECH NOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADES AT NEW COUNTY FACILITIES, STATING THE ESTIMATED MAXIMUM COST THEREOF IS $500,000, APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT THEREFOR, AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $500,000 BONDS OF SAID COUNTY TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION
The object or purpose for which the bonds are authorized is the Information Technology infrastructure upgrades at new County facilities, at the estimated maximum cost of $500,000.
The amount of obligations authorized to be issued is $500,000. Any grant funds received by the County shall be applied toward the cost of said project or redemption of the County’s bonds or notes to be issued.
The period of probable usefulness of the bonds is five (5) years.

SUPPLEMENTAL BOND RESOLUTION OF THE COUNTY OF ALBANY, NEW YORK, DATED DECEMBER 8, 2025, STATING THE ESTIMATED MAXIMUM COST OF THE “CORE SWITCH, TELEPHONE REPLACEMENT AND DATA CENTER PROJECT” IS $3,495,000, APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL $700,000 FOR SAID PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $700,000 BONDS OF SAID COUNTY TO FINANCE SAID ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
The object or purpose for which the bonds are authorized is the “Core Switch, Telephone Replacement and Data Center Project”, at the estimated maximum cost of $3,495,000.
The amount of obligations authorized to be issued pursuant to this bond resolution is $700,000, which is in addition to the $1,900,000 bonds authorized for the project. Any grant funds received by the County shall be applied toward the cost of said project or redemption of the County’s bonds or notes to be issued. The County has authorized the use of Federal ARPA funds ($895,000) to pay a part of the cost of the project.
The period of probable usefulness of the bonds is five (5) years.
