Albany County hereby gives notice that the property located at 329 Broadway (Tax Map No. 44.58-2-29) in the City of Watervliet is proposed for private sale to the Advance Albany County Alliance as part of an economic development plan in collaboration with the City of Watervliet.

In accordance with County policy, public notification of this proposed sale is provided prior to authorization of the sale by the County Legislature.

This notice is issued to ensure transparency and provide the public with an opportunity to review the proposed action.
