RESOLVED, That the summary of the proposed Albany County Capital Program for 2027-2031 shall be made available for public inspection on the County website and at the Offices of the County Clerk, Albany County Courthouse, Albany, NY and the Clerk of the Legislature, 112 State Street, Room 740, Albany, NY, during normal business hours, and, be it further

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that a public hearing on the proposed Albany County Capital Program for 2027-2031 will be held by the County Legislature in the William J. Conboy II Legislative Chambers, Albany County Courthouse, Albany, New York at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, and the Clerk of the County Legislature is hereby directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published containing the necessary information in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.
