WHEREAS, Section 604(a) of the Charter provides that the first of two public hearings on the tentative annual budget shall be held no later than October 30th, now, therefore, be it

County Legislature will hold a public hearing on the 2026 Tentative Annual Budget, with participation instructions available on the Albany County Legislature website, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, and the Clerk of the Legislature is directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published containing the necessary information in accordance with applicable provisions of the Charter.
