The resolution, a summary of which is published herewith, has been adopted on November 10, 2025 and the validity of the obligations authorized by such resolution may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the County of Albany, New York, is not authorized to expend money or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this Notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the publication of this Notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the constitution.
A complete copy of the Bond Resolution summarized herewith is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Office of the County Clerk for a period of twenty days from the date of publication of this Notice.

BOND RESOLUTION
NO. 483 FOR 2025
BOND RESOLUTION OF THE COUNTY OF ALBANY, NEW YORK, DATED NOVEMBER 10, 2025, AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF DESIGN PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE POTTER HOLLOW CREEK STREAM BANK STABILIZATION PROJECT, STATING THE ESTIMATED MAXIMUM COST THEREOF IS $250,000, APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT THEREFOR, AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $250,000 BONDS OF SAID COUNTY TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION
The object or purpose for which the bonds are authorized is the Potter Hollow Creek Stream Bank Stabilization Project, at the estimated maximum cost of $250,000.
The amount of obligations authorized to be issued is $250,000. Any grant funds received by the County shall be applied toward the cost of said project or redemption of the County’s bonds or notes to be issued.
The period of probable usefulness of the bonds is five (5) years.
SEQRA status:
Type II Action. SEQRA compliance documentations on file in Office of the County Clerk where it may be inspected during regular office hours.

BOND RESOLUTION OF THE COUNTY OF ALBANY, NEW YORK, DATED NOVEMBER 10, 2025, AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF HEAVY-DUTY VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE COUNTY, STATING THE ESTIMATED MAXIMUM COST THEREOF IS $1,450,000, APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT THEREFOR, AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $1,450,000 BONDS OF SAID COUNTY TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION
The object or purpose for which the bonds are authorized is the acquisition of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment for use by the County, at the estimated maximum cost of $1,450,000.
The amount of obligations authorized to be issued is $1,450,000. Any grant funds received by the County shall be applied toward the cost of said project or redemption of the County’s bonds or notes to be issued.
The period of probable usefulness of $1,450,000 of the bonds is fifteen (15) years.
