TUESDAY, MARCH 11
Clifton Park
“What Ifs” event at St. Edward the Confessor (569 Clifton Park Center Road) at 7 p.m. in the social hall, hosted by the Knights of Columbus. Although no one can predict with certainty the “What ifs” in our future, what we do have is the ability to discuss and share our choices about the type of care we want to receive later in life. The advance care planning process is one of the most valuable tools we have to help us in preparing for the “What Ifs.” The goal of this presentation is to provide essential information that will help us understand and, most importantly, engage in the advance care planning process.
