REQUEST FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for Shaker Tower Floors 2-4 Removal Project as requested by Shaker Place Rehabilitation and Nursing Center will be received by the Albany County Purchasing Agent, Room 820 , 112 State Street, Albany, New York 12207 until 11:00 AM, local time on Thursday, September 18, 2025.

Request for Bid (RFB) documents may be obtained at the office of the Albany County Purchasing Agent, as noted above. RFB documents may be available for download from the Empire State Bid System website at http://www.empirestatebidsystem.com starting by close of business (4:30 p.m.) on Thursday August 28, 2025.

A site visit will be held on Thursday September 4, 2025 @ 10:00 am at Shaker Place Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, 100 Heritage Lane, Albany NY 12211, Main Entrance (sign-in). This is the only scheduled site visit. Interested bidders are strongly urged to attend.
