REQUEST FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for the MVP Arena Digital Display as requested by Albany County Department of General Services will be received by the Albany County Purchasing Agent, Room 1000, 112 State Street, Albany, New York 12207 until 11:00 AM, local time on Thursday, December 5th, 2024.
Request for Bid (RFB) documents may be obtained at the office of the Albany County Purchasing Agent, as noted above. RFB documents may be available for download from the Empire State Bid System website at http://www.empirestatebidsystem.com starting by close of business (4:30 p.m.) on Thursday, November 14th, 2024.
A site visit will be held on Friday November 22nd, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., at MVP Arena, Box Office Entry, 51 South Pearl Street, Albany, NY. This is the only scheduled site visit. Interested bidders are strongly urged to attend.
