RESOLVED, By the County Legislature of the County of Albany that a public hearing on proposed Local Law No. “A” for 2024, “A Local Law of the County of Albany, New York Amending Chapter 106 of the Albany County Code, Setting forth Requirements for Facilities within Albany County where the Local Governmental Unit identified by New York State is the Albany County Department of Mental Health” to be held by the Albany County Legislature at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, with participation information to be made available on the Albany County website, and the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published containing the necessary information in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.

By Audit and Finance Committee: WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 609 of the Albany County Charter, the Albany County Legislature shall publish a summary of the proposed Capital Program for Albany County as well as the time and place for a public

hearing on such summary, now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the summary of the proposed Albany County Capital Program for 2025-2029 shall be made available for public inspection on the County website and at the Offices of the County Clerk, Albany County Courthouse, Albany, NY and the Clerk of the Legislature, 112 State Street, Room 740, Albany, NY, during normal business hours, and, be it further

RESOLVED, By the Albany

County Legislature that a public hearing on the proposed Albany County Capital Program for 2025-2029 will be held by the County Legislature remotely with participation instructions available on the County website at 7:15 p.m. on the 23rd day of April, 2024, and the Clerk of the County Legislature is hereby directed to cause notice to be published containing the necessary information in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.
