A big thanks goes out to the Diocese of Albany Youth Ministry Team (DYMT) which coordinated and planned the successful “Never Alone — Eucharistic Celebration for Young People” on April 29 at the Shrine of North American Martyrs in Auriesville.
There were 46 young people in attendance as well as the DYMT, several Sisters of Life and a few parents. The Diocesan Youth Ministry Team is comprised of Juliana Capalbo, Mary Buff, Katherine Desrosiers, Therese Desrosiers, Alessandra Vicinanzo, Addelayde Ross, Noah Lowe, Matty Kelly-Haller, Basil Gutch, Joseph Gutch and Jack Sweeney who work in collaboration with David Stagliano, diocesan coordinator of Youth Ministry. Another big thank you also goes to Father Stephen Yusko and Father Nathaniel Resila for offering the Sacrament of Reconciliation and concelebrating Mass
The DYMT planned and facilitated the day’s activities which included several icebreakers, talks by the team, a walking rosary led by the Sisters of Life and social time to get to know and meet one another. Any high school age young person who might like to be part of the DYMT should contact Stagliano at [email protected]. You also can follow the Albany DYMT on their Instagram page: @albanydymt
