Bishop Emeritus Hubbard recovering after suffering stroke

Following a vehicular incident on Tuesday, July 19, Bishop Emeritus Howard J. Hubbard underwent a medical evaluation at St. Peter’s Hospital. It was determined that he suffered a stroke. He has since been released from the hospital.
