RESOLVED, That the summary of the proposed Albany County Capital Program for 2023-2027 is available for public inspection on the County website and at the offices of the County Clerk, Albany County Courthouse, Albany, New York and the Clerk of the Legislature, 112 State Street, Room 710, Albany, New York, during normal business hours, and, be it further

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that a public hearing on the proposed Albany County Capital Program for 2023-2027 will be held by the County Legislature remotely with participation instructions available on the County website at 7:15 p.m. on the 26th day of July, 2022, and the Clerk of the County Legislature is hereby directed to cause notice to be published containing the necessary information in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.
