Schenectady starts campaign with ‘Kickoff Rally’ for life
Kehoe gave an inspiring talk on the role of prayer in the Right to Life movement and Babarczy discussed the services that the Alpha Pregnancy Center offers including free ultrasounds, presence and support for those in unplanned pregnancies, parenting classes, and a variety of baby needs such as diapers, clothing and cribs.
Sarah Stodolka, Schenectady’s 40 Days for Life director and vigil coordinator, discussed answering God’s call to be his hands and feet and to “do whatever He tells you” to help those in need. The campaign plans to create regular prayer groups for people to join and pray as they are comfortable to help fulfill the 40 Days for Life mission of having a daily vigil that brings a peaceful, prayerful presence on the street in front of abortion centers across the country and world.
