RESOLVED, By the County Legislature of the County of Albany that a public hearing on proposed Local Law No. “H” for 2021, “A Local Law of the County of Albany, New York Relating to the Safe Use of Electric Scooters and Bicycles with Electric Assist” will be held by the County Legislature in the William J. Conboy II Legislative Chambers, Albany County Courthouse, Albany, New York, at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, and the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published containing the necessary information in accordance with the applicable provisions of law. PUBLIC HEARING ON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT MICROENTERPRISE PROGRAM

By Audit and Finance Committee:

WHEREAS, The County has administered the 2016-2018 Microenterprise Grant Program regarding support for small businesses in Albany

County, and WHEREAS, The County Executive has requested that a public hearing be held by the Albany County Legislature in order to close out the 20162018 Microenterprise Grant Program, now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, By the County Legislature of the County of Albany that a public hearing on the closeout of the 2016-2018 Microenterprise Grant Program will be held by the County Legislature in the William J. Conboy II Legislative Chambers, Albany County Courthouse, Albany, New York, at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 and the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published containing the necessary information in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.

Sealed Proposals for Design and Construction Inspection Services for CR157 (New Karner Road) Highway Improvement Project  as requested by Albany County Department of Public Works, will be received by the Albany County Purchasing Agent, Room 1000, 112 State Street, Albany, New York 12207 until 4:30 PM, local time on Thursday, October 21, 2021.
