PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Section 609 of the Albany County Charter, the proposed Albany County Capital Program is available for public inspection at the offices of the Albany County Clerk, Albany County Courthouse, Albany, New York, and the Clerk of the Legislature, 112 State Street, Room 710, Albany, New York, during normal business hours, and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the proposed Albany County Capital Program includes a list of all capital improvements and expenditures to be undertaken during the next five fiscal years, cost estimates and recommended time schedules, methods of financing, and that the following constitutes a summary of the proposed Program:
