Pastoral assigments

Father Samuel Bellafiore has been named parochial vicar at Immaculate Heart of Mary in Watervliet. Father Simon Udemgba has been named parochial administrator at Holy Mother and Child Parish in Corinth. Father Udemgba replaces the interim team of Father Kenneth Swain and Deacon Gary Picher. Father Udemgba will remain parochial administrator at St. Joseph’s Church in Greenfield Center and St. Paul’s Church in Rock City Falls. Father Rick Lesser has been named pastor at Christ the King Church in Albany. Father Lesser replaces Father James Fitzmaurice. Father Lesser will remain pastor at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Delmar and St. Matthew’s Church in Voorheesville. All changes are effective Jan. 1, 2022.
