Bishop Edward B. Scharfenberger is pleased to announce the following priestly assignments: Father Daniel Quinn is the new pastor at Blessed Sacrament Parish in Albany, effective Sept. 19. He replaces Father Joseph O’Brien who has resigned the parish and will soon receive a new assignment. Father Charles Onyeneke is the new parochial vicar at Blessed Sacrament Parish in Albany, effective Oct. 1, 2020. Father F. Richard Lesser is the new director of Permanent Diaconate Formation, effective Sept. 1, 2020. Father Lesser remains pastor at Corpus Christi Church in Round Lake.
