The Capital Region Catholic Frassati, in partnership with the Diocese of Albany, will host a Catholic voting principles panel discussion via Google Zoom on Monday, Oct. 19, from 7-8:30 p.m.
This bi-partisan discussion on Catholic voting principles includes panel participants: Father Robert Longobucco, Vicar General, Vicar for Faith Formation and Education, and pastor of St. Kateri Tekakwitha Parish; Renee Morgiewicz, coordinator of Parish Services and Respect Life Ministries for the Diocese of Albany; Kathy Gallagher, director of Pro-Life Activities for the New York State Catholic Conference and director of Catholic Action Network; and Deacon Thomas Gutch, deacon at St. Nicholas Ukranian Catholic Church in Watervliet.
“The Diocese of Albany has partnered with the Capital Region Catholic Frassati group to bring more information to young adults about the upcoming election," said Thomas G. Cronin, advisor to the Bishop for Evangelization. "We have assembled a panel to answer questions and provide insights on the issues in a bipartisan manner. Our mission is to help inform voters on the topics and help support them.”
