“I just wanted to share a great evangelization experience. I had to be in Albany — my first time in over three weeks — and so I decided to drop into a wine store on the way back home. First of all, the two college-age people at the checkout asked if I would say a prayer with them. Then, almost at the door, a lady asked me if I would give a blessing for her and her family. In 35 years of priesthood, I have to admit that this was the first time that I have ever said prayers with staff, or given a blessing, in a liquor store! Evangelization!”
