Catholic Charities plans four food drops in May in the Diocese
Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany has four food distribution sites planned for May for those in need.
The dates are: Tuesday, May 5, at the Johnstown Mall, 236 N. Comrie Ave., Johnstown; Monday, May 11, at the Pastoral Center, 40 N. Main St., in Albany; Tuesday, May 19, at Our Lady of Hope, 119 Reid St., Fort Plain; and Thursday, May 28, at Veterans Field, Locust Avenue, Amsterdam.
Volunteers arrive between 7:30-8 a.m.; the food truck arrives at 8 a.m.; and the service to the public starts at 9:30 a.m. Volunteers are needed for May 11 at the Pastoral Center. To volunteer, contact Volunteer Coordinator Abbie Terwilliger at [email protected]
