Rev. Lamanna’s 70th anniversary celebration
Reverend Alfred A. Lamanna, a native of Amsterdam, will celebrate his 70th Anniversary of Ordination on Sunday, June 9, with a 2 p.m. Mass of Thanksgiving at Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church in Frankfort, followed by a reception at Francesca’s Banquet Hall in Ilion. Father Lamanna has served throughout the Albany Diocese, with his longest pastorate being at his beloved parish, St. Mary’s in Frankfort, before retiring in 1994. Father Lamma remains active in retirement, responding whenever called. All are warmly invited to join in honoring Father Lamanna and giving thanks for his life of service. For those interested in purchasing a ticket for the dinner at Francesca’s, please contact Our Lady Queen of Apostles Parish Office at 315-894-2360.
