FRIENDSHIP CAFES CLOSED
Catholic Charities Senior and Caregiver Support Services have temporarily closed senior dining centers — known as “Friendship Cafes” — amid coronavirus concerns for 30 days. The closure began on March 16. The Cafes provide midday meals, wellness programs and social activities at the following locations:
• Our Lady of Fatima Church, 1735 Alexander Rd., Delanson, N.Y., 12053
• Jewish Community Center, 2565 Balltown Rd., Schenectady, N.Y., 12309
• Scotia-Glenville Senior Center, 32 Worden Ave., Glenville, N.Y., 12302
• Ten Eyck Apartments,375 Broadway, Schenectady, N.Y., 12305
Recognizing the continued need for nutrition and meal services, Catholic Charities is working with Schenectady County to help recognize and serve seniors with unmet nutritional needs.

SISTERS OF ST. JOSEPH OF CARONDELET
The Provincial House (385 Watervliet-Shaker Rd.) has implemented the following procedures due to the coronavirus:
General public access to St. Joseph’s Provincial House is suspended. All visits to the Provincial House are prohibited and all Masses are canceled until further notice.
All events, meetings and programs scheduled at the Provincial House are canceled until May 31. These cancellations include the Spring Forums held at the Provincial House, the April Province Assembly and the Provincial House Jubilee celebration. The CSJ Associate Commitment Weekend remains scheduled for June 5-7, but the date will be reevaluated as the time draws near. The Province Assembly has been rescheduled tentatively to June 13-14.

ROSARY WALK FOR LIFE CANCELED
The 7th Annual NY Rosary Walk for Life with Bishop Edward B. Scharfenberger, scheduled for May 2 with speaker Dr. Joseph Dutkowsky, has been canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak. Stay tuned for more information when the event may be rescheduled.
