Holy Trinity parish in Cohoes is about to start using a new software package, Ministry Scheduler Pro. The program will automatically assign ushers, eucharistic ministers, lectors, altar servers and the like to Mass times and dates. Each minister will have online access to the schedule and will be able to request a substitute if necessary; schedules will be sent by email.
