A DIOCESAN EUCHARISTIC PROCESSION led by Bishop Edward B. Scharfenberger, celebrating the feast of Corpus Christi (the body and blood of Christ), invited Catholics from across the Diocese to gather last weekend at Albany's Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
There was a Mass and procession around the neighborhood with the consecrated Eucharist. Left, the procession leaves the cathedral.
Learn about the "Hearts Aflame" diocesan Eucharistic Congress coming up Sept. 22 at the Shrine of Our Lady of Martyrs in Auriesville at www.rcda.org/HeartsAflame.
