OBITUARY
Sister Rose Gallagher, SNJM
A native of Washington, D.C., she taught in elementary schools in Albany; North Creek, Md.; and Florida. She did religious education in parishes in the Diocese of Richmond, Va., and spent several years in provincial administration for the Sisters of the Holy Names. She also spent many years both in Haiti and working with Haitian refugees in the United States.
Survivors include siblings Mary Jane Sweet and Wade John. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont.[[In-content Ad]]
