Sister Mary Laurentia Ryan, CSJ

A funeral Mass was offered April 6 in the chapel of St. Joseph's Provincial House, Latham, for Sister Mary Laurentia Ryan, who died April 1. She was 96 and had been a Sister of St. Joseph of Carondelet for 76 years.

A native of Clarendon, Vt., she taught for 45 years in schools in the Albany and Syracuse Dioceses and in Honesdale, Pa., where she was also a pastoral associate at a parish. Interment was in Our Lady Queen of Virgins Cemetery, Latham.
