Sister Mary Brigada Lombardi, CSJ

A funeral Mass was offered Nov. 12 at St. Joseph's Provincial House chapel, Latham, for Sister Mary Brigada Lombardi, who died Nov. 7. She was 88 and had been a Sister of St. Joseph of Carondelet for 61 years.

A native of Merrickville, N.Y., she taught for 16 years in the Albany and Syracuse Dioceses, worked for 22 years in the business office at St. Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam and was a secretary and account clerk in the diocesan Propagation of the Faith Office and a bookkeeper at St. Anthony's Friary in Rensselaer.

Survivors include two brothers, John and Edward. Interment was in Our Lady Queen of Virgins Cemetery, Latham.[[In-content Ad]]
