Sister Mary Benedict Christiana, PBVM

A funeral Mass was offered July 23 in St. Colman's Chapel, Watervliet, for Sister Mary Benedict Christiana, who died July 18. She was 95 and had been a Presentation sister for 66 years.

A native of Ravena, she taught kindergarten in schools overseen by her religious order, including Sacred Heart in Albany, and served in many roles at St. Colman's Home in Watervliet.

Interment was in St. Colman's Cemetery, Watervliet.[[In-content Ad]]
