Sister Mary Angeline Mastro, RSM

A funeral Mass was offered July 25 at the Convent of Mercy Chapel, Albany, for Sister Mary Angeline Mastro, who died July 21. She had been a Sister of Mercy for 72 years.

A native of Oneonta, she taught at St. Paul's in Troy, St. Patrick's in Ravena, Sacred Heart in Watervliet, St. Mary's in Ballston Spa, St. John's in Rensselaer, St. Mary's in Oneonta, St. Agnes in Cohoes and Our Lady of Mercy in Albany. She was vice-principal at Waterford Central Catholic and principal at St. Mary's in Ballston Spa and St. Teresa's in Albany and served in several roles for her religious order.

Interment was in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Greenbush.[[In-content Ad]]
