OBITUARY
Sister Marilyn A. Hickey, RSM
A native of Troy, she was a teacher at St. Agnes, Cohoes; Blessed Sacrament, Albany; St. Paul the Apostle, Troy; and Vincentian Grade School, Albany, where she then became principal for 15 years and helped create a center for children with learning disabilities. She also spent 10 years as principal of St. Madeleine Sophie School in Schenectady, and was co-director of religious education and, for another 17 years, pastoral associate for faith formation for St. Madeleine Sophie parish.
Interment was in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Greenbush.[[In-content Ad]]
