Sister Maria Capobianco, DC

A funeral Mass was offered Dec. 9 in the DePaul Provincial House chapel, Menands, for Sister Maria Capobianco, who died Dec. 3. She was 91 and had been a Daughter of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul for 65 years.

A native of New York City, she served mostly in education and health care in Washington, DC, Massachusetts, Maryland, Delaware and several locations around New York State, including St. Mary's School and St. Mary's Hospital in Troy, St. Elizabeth Ann Residence in Troy and St. Vincent's House in Albany.

Interment was in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.[[In-content Ad]]
