OBITUARY
Sister Joyce Ross, RSM
A native of Albany, she taught for 19 years in schools in the Albany Diocese, including St. Agnes School, Cohoes; St. Mary's, Clinton Heights; Annunciation, Ilion; Vincentian Institute and Our Lady of Mercy High, Albany; and St. Mary's, Gloversville. She also taught in the religious education program at Sacred Heart, Sidney. She then spent 30 years serving on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska, mainly as administrator of a parish with no priest on staff. She returned to Albany in 2009.
Interment was in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Greenbush.[[In-content Ad]]
