Sister Francis Patrick Burns, CSJ

A funeral Mass will be offered June 28 in the chapel of St. Joseph's Provincial House, Latham, for Sister Francis Patrick Burns, who died June 23. She was 90 and had been a Sister of St. Joseph of Carondelet for 71 years.

A native of Syracuse, she served as a teacher and principal for 52 years in schools in the Syracuse and Albany Dioceses, including 10 years at St. Mary's Institute in Amsterdam. Interment was in Our Lady Queen of Virgins Cemetery, Latham.[[In-content Ad]]
