Sister Frances Teresa Mirabito, CSJ

A funeral Mass was offered Feb. 22 in the chapel of St. Joseph's Provincial House, Latham, for Sister Frances Teresa Mirabito, who died Feb. 16. She was 89 and had been a Sister of St. Joseph of Carondelet for 68 years.

A native of Fulton, she taught for 32 years in schools of the Syracuse and Albany Dioceses and spent 43 years serving Our Lady of Solace parish in Syracuse as a teacher in the school, a parish minister and a volunteer.

Survivors include siblings Francis, Barbara Thomas, Thomas, Teresa, Peter, Paul and Margaret Bocsor. Interment was in Our Lady Queen of Virgins Cemetery, Latham.[[In-content Ad]]
