OBITUARY
Sister Dorothy Copson, DC
A native of Boston, she ministered in child care in Pennsylvania, taught in West Virginia and spent more than 20 years working with emotionally-disturbed children at the Astor Home for Children. She also served as the local community superior. For many years, she served at St. Catherine's Center for Children in Albany, which named its library and Copson House residence for her. After retiring, she spent 17 years as sacristan of DePaul Provincial House chapel.
Survivors include her sister, Jean. Interment was at St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.[[In-content Ad]]
