OBITUARY
Sister Claire Frances Fitzgerald, CSJ
A funeral Mass was offered Dec. 6 in the chapel of St. Joseph's Provincial House, Latham, for Sister Claire Frances Fitzgerald, who died Dec. 2. She was 90 and had been a Sister of St. Joseph of Carondelet for 68 years. A native of Brattleboro, Vt., she taught for 23 years in the Albany and Syracuse Dioceses, served for 24 years in the Albany diocesan Schools Office and spent 12 years in pastoral ministry at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Albany. Survivors include a brother, Jack, of Brattleboro. Interment was at Our Lady Queen of Virgins Cemetery, Latham.[[In-content Ad]]
