Schedule of Holocaust Program
"Hidden Children" began Oct. 7 at The College of Saint Rose in Albany with remarks by Dr. Nechama Tec, a Holocaust survivor and author of "Dry Tears," "When Light Pierced the Darkness" and "Defiance: The Bielski Partisans."
Other events scheduled as part of the exhibit include:
* Oct. 15, 7 p.m., film presentation "Au Revoir, Les Enfantes," by Louis Malle, the story of children hidden in a Catholic boarding school during the Holocaust.
* Oct. 18, 2 p.m., panel discussion by hidden children survivors Diane Goldberg, Max Goudsmith, Leon Ginsburg and Ilse Loeb.
* Oct. 25, 1:30 to 3 p.m., children's program by local authors Faye Silton and Vera Propp.
* Oct. 29, 7 p.m., film presentation "Weapons of the Spirit," about a French village that hid Jews.
