Rev. Aaron Dowdell, O.SS.T

A funeral Mass will be offered June 13 at Holy Trinity Spiritual Center, Pikesville, Md., for Rev. Aaron Dowdell, who died Feb. 13. He was 74 and had been a member of the Order of the Most Holy Trinity and of the Captives (the Trinitarians) for almost 50 years.

A native of Troy, he served in Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, New Orleans, Trenton, New York City and Brooklyn. He was an advocate for the poor, homeless, aged, disabled and those living with HIV/AIDS. Survivors include his siblings, Carol, John, Ann Marie and Paul. Interment will be in the community cemetery, Pikesville, Md.[[In-content Ad]]
