The annual St. Kateri Tekakwitha Pow-Wow will be July 1-4, 10 a.m. on, at the Shrine of Our Lady of Martyrs in Auriesville. Events include a Mohawk song, dancers, native food, crafts, Masses, a free public auction at 7 p.m. Sunday and free health services for veterans July 3-4. Admission is $8 (seniors, $6); persons with disabilities, nursing home residents and children under five are admitted free. Proceeds benefit the shrine and scholarships for native children.
