Edward Charles Duggan

A funeral Mass was offered April 8 for Edward Duggan, who died April 4. He was 69. A native of Watervliet, he was a general contractor and entrepreneur who owned Bucknell Construction and other businesses.

Survivors include his wife, Susan; children, Laura Clayton, Karen Dominguez and Lisa and Steven Duggan; five grandchildren; and siblings James, Gerald and George Duggan, Margaret Hart, Patricia Cotch, Mary Harbeck and Sister Rita Duggan, CSJ.[[In-content Ad]]
